The German Federal Cartel Office has approved the sale of Pino Küchen, a former subsidiary of Alno AG.
The sale had already been approved by the Austrian cartel authorities with Pino’s Coswig-based business unit, trademarks and 230 employees transferring to kitchen manufacturer Nobilia on October 1.
Alno AG’s insolvency administrator has also revealed that the brand’s subsidiary Alno Scandanavia AB, which is headquartered in Stockholm, has now been sold to Luxembourg-based investment company BlueWall for an undisclosed sum.
