Sirius Buying Group takes on CDA

CDA has become an Approved Supplier to the Sirius Buying Group.

This means retailers who are Sirius members will now have access to brands including Amica, CDA and Matrix. Polish appliance manufacturer Amica acquired CDA in 2015.

Said CDA marketing manager Steve Corbett: “We are delighted to have been chosen by Sirius. There is a link on the Sirius website [www.siriusbuyinggroupltd.co.uk] that allows consumers to locate the nearest store where the appliance of their choice is available.

“Sirius retail members offer a friendly and well-informed local service and the website features useful buying advice. The group will be offering a full selection of built-in and freestanding appliances from the CDA, Amica and Matrix ranges.”

Added Steve Jones, commercial director of the Sirius Buying Group: “This really is an exciting development, as our retail members gain access to product ranges from three new brands to our buying group, and importantly, all of them are recognisable consumer household brands. Of course, the suppliers gain access to our vast retailer membership, too, so it really is a win-win development.”

Founded in 2001, the Sirius Buying Group aims to get its members ahead of the competition with its collective trade purchasing power of more than £100 million. Currently made up of 161 members and 250 retail outlets, Sirius offers an extensive collection of home appliance and kitchen retail brands.
