BSH has been awarded with the Top Employers Europe 2016 Certification.
The owner of brands such as Bosch, Neff, Seimens and Gaggenau, was recognised by the Top Employers Institute for its “exceptional employee offerings in the UK”.
The annual, international research recognises leading employers around the world, in particular those that provide excellent employee conditions, nurture and develop talent throughout all levels of the organisation and strive to continuously optimise employment practices.
To be recognised for the Top Employers Certification, companies are assessed on HR policies and procedures for talent strategy, workforce planning, on-boarding, learning & development, performance management, leadership development, career & succession management, compensation & benefits, and culture.
