The AGA 3 Series has an oven that can be set for roasting or baking, a simmering oven and a useful warming oven.

The triple-element hotplate comes fully up to temperature when the lid is opened and it can be set either to boiling or simmering mode. There is a choice to up-sell to a model with either a warming plate or a two-zone induction hob.

The heat steadily radiates through the ovens and hotplates, creating dedicated cooking zones at preset temperatures and is said to create a gentler cooking process.
