The Lightworks (TLW) has added four new members of staff to its team.

Stephen Norton has been appointed as finance manager. Norton said: “I have eight years’ experience in the lighting industry and seen LEDs develop into the mainstream lighting market. Here at TLW, we are taking innovative products and matching up-to-date technologies to create new solutions.”

With previous experience in the lighting sector, Laura Shutkever has joined the company as its new marketing manager. Shutkever said: “I love working within the lighting industry and I am thrilled to be joining TLW. Every day I see something new and exciting that can be constructed from planning and designing LED lighting in the right way. I can’t wait to see more of the amazing things we can do with this innovative product in the future and TLW is such a wonderful environment to continue this journey.”

TLW has hired Julian Ashmore as global business development and key account manager. He has over 30 years’ experience and said: “Working within the KBB industry has been very revealing, the transformation that one can produce by using a range of products is immense, the ability to provide a ‘wow’ factor is very fulfilling. The future at TLW is very bright (pun intended). Continuous product innovation continues to evolve and make this market a very exciting place for a salesman.”

Bradley McEwan joins the company as purchasing coordinator after just leaving sixth form college. McEwan said: “I’m new to the lighting industry and to business in general. After leaving college four months ago, I joined the team here at TLW to help out in the purchasing department, having completed my A-Level exams. Every day there is something new to learn, which helps me on my career path. I’m pleased to be part of the vibrant team here at TLW and look forward to what the next day brings.”
