PWS has announced the opening of its new Southern Design Centre.
As part of a £1.5 million investment, the new centre showcases the complete PWS product range.
The 7,000sq ft ground floor features 27 kitchen displays, as well as a design hub with sample doors representing more than 70 furniture ranges. An additional 6,000sq ft upstairs is home to a Kesseböhmer gallery, Sensio lighting and other key fittings.
An extensive range of work surfaces is also on display throughout the showroom.
The centre also includes a 30-seater conference room and several informal meeting rooms, facilities designed for customers to use for client consultations.
“Over 160 customers, across three days, visited the centre for its grand opening,” said PWS managing director John Lennon. “Their feedback has been resoundingly positive. Our customers will have the opportunity to use the centre as a regular venue for conducting business discussions with their own clients. This significant project is part of a broader package of investments in developing our business, including the expansion of our sales team to nine southern-based area sales managers. In addition we are strengthening our product lines, quality and service levels which customers will reap the benefits from in the months ahead.”
