Bathroom specialist Bauhaus has appointed Marten Baker as its new commercial manager. Baker started out in the bathroom industry over 20 years ago, working for a builders merchants. He later moved on to Decorlux where he held positions in product development, marketing and sales. | |

Appliance specialist Gaggenau is expanding its customer service team with a new national sales manager. John Mattin has worked for parent company BSH for over 24 years and in his newly-created role will have overall responsibility for an expanded field engineer team, which will give the brand greater geographical coverage across the country. Victoria & Albert has put together a new sales team specifically to target growth in Europe. Okke Roosjen (pictured left), who has over 10 years experience within the kbb sector, has been appointed as the company's European sales manager and will be based at the new European sales office in Barcelona. | Management changes at ATAG
ATAG UK has announced the departure of its business development director, Ellis Bardsley to pursue other interests. Bardsley leaves the company at the end of the year and will be replaced by Graham Gleave, who has subsequently been promoted to the position of national sales manager. | |

The British Interior Design Association (BIDA) has appointed Iris Dunbar as its new President following its recent AGM. Dunbar, director of the Interior Design School, is a highly respected figure within the industry and has already served three years service on the board of the BIDA.
