Kingstown Furniture, manufacturer of ready assembled bedroom and lounge furniture, has announced two key appointments. Lorna Root (pictured) joins the company as territory manager for South Wales and the south west. Root, who will be based in Bristol, has extensive experience within the retail setor having previously worked for Benson's Beds. Kingstown has also extended its design team by appointing Laurence Brown, who has a strong background in furniture design after previously working for Silver Cross, based in North Yorkshire.

Neff has appointed Kevin Turner as its new area sales manager for the south east of England. Turner, who has worked in the electrical retailing industry for over 30 years, joins Neff from Liebherr where he spent three years in the same position. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role.

Tim Beresford has been promoted to the position of area sales manager at Roca. Beresford, who has been with the company for eight years, joins its northern sales team and will cover Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and parts of Yorkshire.

Glasgow-based Tradestyle Cabinets has announced the promotion of Marco Rossi to group product manager. Rossi is well known within the fitted kitchen furniture industry and has gained a wealth of experience working with other manufacturers over the years. Group marketing director, Chris Grattan, said of the promotion "It's always good to promote talented people within the group who bring with them fresh ideas and motivation. With our evolving business development policies the expansion of the marketing team will benefit all of our brands."

Paul Eggleton has joined cooking appliance manufacturer GDHA as its new sales controller for range cookers across its three brands, Belling, New World and Stoves. Eggleton has previously worked for Typhoo Tea, Golden Wonder and Cadbury and in his new role will be responsible for building relations with independent and multiple retailers.

Chris Richardson (pictured), who has 11 years experience within the bathroom industry including time spent at Bristan and Grohe, assumes the role of RSM for London and the south east. Stephen Fitchett, who in the past has worked for Adamsez and Korelli, takes on the position for the newly created Scottish territory.
