Midland based worktop, kitchen and appliance distributor Blackheath Products has appointed two new area sales managers. David Healey comes from a merchant background and takes responsibility for the area based around the M1 corridor. Nick Forrester (pictured), who has worked in the kitchen industry for seven years, takes on an area which includes Birmingham to Bristol and South Wales.

Cosentino has made four key appointments to its business in the north and south of England. Nicola Scully (pictured) joins as its new sales promoter for the south of England while Wendy Anderson takes on the same role in the north of England. Letitia Parker and Mark Mills take on sales manager roles for the South and North respectively.

British Ceramic Tile has expanded its marketing team by recruiting Niki Jones (pictured) as its new marketing co-ordinator and Chris Grabham as product marketing co-ordinator. Jones will be responsible for raising BCT's business profile across the housebuilder, architect and designer, contractor and tiling trade sectors. As product marketing co-ordinator, Grabham will work closely with BCT's internal design and development teams to ensure the company's product strategy reaches all of its target audiences.

Kingstown Furniture, the Hull-based manufacturer of bedroom and lounge furniture, has announced the appointment of Richard Sharp as its new managing director. Sharp, who also takes responsibility of Kingstown's sister company, Consort Furniture, takes over from his father Mike Sharp who started the business over 30 years ago as he moves in to his new role of chief executive of Kingstown holdings Ltd.

Lauren Ashfield has joined Utopia as its new marketing administrator. After studying media at Wolverhampton College Ashfield, held a number of sales and marketing roles including her most recent at the Wolverhampton Express & Star newspaper. In her new role Ashfield will be responsible for managing day-to-day enquiries and general administrative duties in the busy marketing department.
