Sam Cande, event manager for the bi-annual KBB Show, has joined Grapevine PR as md. She took over the established industry PR consultancy just a week after the 2008 Birmingham show finished. Grapevine lists Plumbworld, Manhattan Showers, CDA and Schuller Kitchens among its client list. | |
| Contract work blossoms at V&B
Graham Bayley (pictured) has been appointed as Villeroy & Boch's contract account manager after successfully managing the contract side of the business throughout the north of England and Scotland for over three years. Bayley is supported by regional contract managers, Markus Hawtin and Nigel Lehwald who are responsible for overseeing projects in the south west and south east of England in addition to newly appointed David Theodore who will be responsible for handling contracts within the midlands. | |

Lisa Jepson (pictured) has joined the management board as a director responsible for its bathroom centres. Jepson has been with the company for 22 years, and has worked her way up through the ranks starting in reception as a school leaver. Sarah Dunn has been appointed as its financial controller. Dunn, a qualified accountant, joins the company from IT firm Digica Ltd. | |

| Important changes at Sheridan's
Craig Probyn (pictured) has been promoted to company sales director at Sheridan Fabrications. Probyn joined the company back in 2001 as contracts manager, and will be in charge of the entire sales function throughout Sheridan's in his new role. Phil Craven joins Sheridan as its northern sales manager completing its external sales force. He will be responsible for all sales functions in the northern region. Billy Strachan has been promoted to installations manager for Scotland having worked for the company as a fitter for over seven years. | |
