Former md for Electrolux UK, Brad Tribble (pictured) has been appointed as its new head of Northern Europe encompassing the UK and Ireland as well as key markets Norway, Finland, Stockholm and Finland. Ian Banes steps into the role as UK head and will report directly to Tribble. Since joining the company in 2002 as operations director Banes has held a number of senior roles, including his most recent position as general manager of Electrolux Thailand. | |
| Key appointments at De Dietrich
De Dietrich has announced two key appointments. Greg Taubner joins as its new director of service and will be responsible for after sales service for both the De Dietrich and Fagor brands. Stuart Frost (pictured), formerly of Maytag, also joins the company as its national business development manager and regional sales manager. In his role, Frost will be responsible for developing new business and working with key regional accounts on behalf of both brands. | |
| Major reshuffle at UK divisions of Kohler
There have been a number of key personnel developments within three UK divisions of Kohler. David Hill (pictured) has joined as the new md of Kohler Mira and Kitchen & Bath UK. Hill will oversee business development and growth under the Kohler, Mira, Daryl and Rada brands. Martin Mongan has joined Kohler UK as its new national sales manager who will oversee Kohler UK's sales teams. Lastly, are Daryl's new business development managers Mike Walker and Adam Bright. Walker and Bright will be responsible for building and maintaining Daryl's dedicated level of service and making the brand more accessible to the end consumer. | |
| Key appointments at Theobald's
Maidstone-based kitchen and bathroom distributor Theobald's has made three key appointments within its sales and marketing team as part of its major expansion plans. Steve Flynn, who has been at the company for two years, has been promoted to the position of national sales manager and takes on overall responsibility for the running of these teams. Steve Sweet (pictured) joins the company as area sales manager for the southern region while John Welch has been appointed as its new sales and marketing manager. In his role, Welch will be responsible for improving external communication and raising the company's profile. | |
