As part of ongoing investments into its expanding retail division, Moores has announced the appointment of David Kirby as retail sales director covering all brands including new additions Four Seasons and Lifestyle. Kirby's industry experience spans over 10 years having spent time in marketing and most recently at BGH, as national sales and marketing director for the Four Seasons brand. Kirby will be responsible for creating new retail channels and driving sales through existing ones.

Bianca Herd has joined RAK Ceramics in the newly created role of merchandising manager. Herd will be responsible for assisting RAK customers by helping them to maximise the impact of RAK displays and point-of-sale material in store. Herd has a strong background in sales and interior design having previously worked as an interior designer and most recently as showroom manager at Tiles & Baths in Twickenham.

Nolte Kuchen has appointed Karen Ferguson as its first UK country manager. Ferguson, former sales and marketing director of BK Nolte Ltd, has over seven years of experience in the market and will be responsible for developing Nolte's retail and contract business and providing a key link between the UK and Germany.

Bailey has a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked within the industry for more than 20 years. Iain Scrivener also joins Utopia, as its new contract and trade sector accounts manager.
