| LDL's Trevor Herbert retires
Trevor Herbert, the technical sales manager for LDL has retired after 46 years in the furniture fittings industry. Herbert began his career as an apprentice with a timber company followed by stints as a showroom manager and an asm. In 1971 he joined his brother's furniture fittings company, where he forged valuable links with Hettich, PEKA and Wesco. He joined Isaac Lord in June 2003 until later that year when he was invited to help set up LDL with md Matthew Lord, which began trading in October 2003. Lord said: "It's been a pleasure working with him and we wish him a happy retirement." | |
