Lisa Jepson (pictured) has joined the management board as a director responsible for its bathroom centres. Jepson has been with the company for 22 years, and has worked her way up through the ranks starting in reception as a school leaver. Sarah Dunn has been appointed as its financial controller. Dunn, a qualified accountant, joins the company from IT firm Digica Ltd.
