BMA launches customer service survey

The Bathrom Manufacturers Association has launched a dedicated survery into the industry's views on customer service ahead of its annual conference in October.


The BMA is targeting customer service as the theme in this year's conference and the results of the survey will be used by the conference speakers to show delegates how the industry is fairing. The full results of the survey will also be published.


"Today's customers are increasingly sophisticated and just won't put up with shoddy customer service," the BMA said. "But how bad - or how good - is it in today's bathroom world?

"The survey gives everyone in the bathroom industry the chance to have their say and, more importantly, influence the direction of the conference programme."
