Gorenje, the Slovenian appliance specialist, has launched HomeChef, an innovative new built-in oven with full-colour touch-screen operation. This spacious 65 litre oven is rated by Gorenje as 20% more energy-efficient than an A-rated model. It features 65 pre-programmed recipes that can be accessed via the electronic touch-control panel and viewed on its colour display screen. This multifunction oven also has a patented cooking system with a choice of cooking modes. Other notable features include a fast preheat function that reaches 200°C in just six minutes, the company says.
