Components manufacturer Grass of Austria has announced that the new chairman of its management board is Ronald Weber. He took over responsibility for sales and marketing from Frank Nessler, who left the company of his own volition on November 14. In a company statement, Grass said: "The change is taking place with the agreement of the management supervisory board, who have accepted with regret but respect the decision. Work on existing customer relationships and ongoing projects will be seamlessly continued by all those involved."
