Top moves at BSH

Nov 2011 Alan Carter Bosch

There has been a top tier shuffle at BSH following the decision by Bosch sales director Alan Carter (pictured) to retire after 25 years with the company.
He is succeeded at Bosch by Siemens sales director Simon Jones who is himself succeeded at Siemens by Gaggenau sales director Paul Tyler.
Tyler will continue to oversee the Gaggenau sales team until a replacement is found.
 BSH chief executive Michael Steinle, said: "I would like to take this opportunity of thanking Alan Carter for 25 years of loyal service to the company and for his significant contribution to the growth of Bosch in the UK.
"On a personal note, I am very grateful to Alan for agreeing to stay on longer than he planned to help me ensure a smooth transition for the brand. On behalf of BSH, I wish him a very long and happy retirement.
"In addition, I would also like to congratulate Simon Jones and Paul Tyler on their important new roles at BSH. I wish them every success in further developing the business in the months and years ahead."
