County Antrim-based kitchen door and component supplier Uform has been named in the ‘1,000 Companies to Inspire’ list in the UK and Europe.
The list is compiled by the London Stock Exchange and celebrates some of the fastest-growing and most dynamic small and medium-sized enterprises.
Uform made the list because of its consistently high growth over the past three years, with turnover increasing by 46.3% between 2015 and 2017.
Uform managing director Simon Oliphant commented: “I’m extremely proud that Uform has been recognised as one of 1,000 companies to inspire Britain and more impressively Europe in 2017. Our success and performance over the past few years has been driven by our passion to bring innovative, premium quality product to market, which offers retailers value for money and a point of difference through our consumer brand, Kitchen Stori. The company has grown 23% from the previous year with turnover reaching £18.6 million for the financial year end 2016. We’re very clear on the strategic direction of the company as we aim to increase our market share in the UK and grow revenue to £40m by 2020, so it’s a hugely exciting time for the company and our people.”
London Stock Exchange Group chief executive Xavier Rolet described the latest list of companies as “our greatest prospect for building a resilient and productive economy that works for everyone”.
