The award was presented to Lakes' sales director Robin Craddock (pictured) by Gardiner Haskins' director Andy Webb. 

Founded in 1823, Gardiner Haskins claims to be the biggest independent home retailer in the south west with two major outlets in Bristol and Cirencester. It has a several departments including bathroom, lighting, bedrooms and furniture selling over 35,000 product lines.

Lakes Bathrooms has been a supplier for seven years and Gardiner Haskins has built its shower enclosure and bath screen business with the manufacturer to a point where it is now the largest independent retailer of Lakes in the region. Its showrooms display the entire Classic Collection range. 

Webb said: "Our choice was based on the complete package that Lakes Bathrooms offer, not one specific factor. We very much value the speed of delivery and their large UK stock holding means we can supply our customers quickly and efficiently without needing to hold onerous levels of product at our stores." 

Gloucestershire-based Lakes Bathrooms was founded in 1986 and employs 55 people at its three warehouses.
