This is a new award for 2008. With the industry focusing more on developments and contract work the skill of the designer is key. This category looks at bathrooms designed specifically for a commercial or residential development.

How will this award be judged?

You must answer the three questions below. You must not use more than 1,000 words for all three answers combined. The judges will pick four finalists who will then be invited to present their designs to a panel of judges at the kbbreview offices in London.

1. Describe the development and your role in it?

2. What was the full brief from the client?

3. Describe the final design and, in detail, the design process

You must include a CD of detailed high resolution digital pictures of your project and yourself. This is very important and your entry will not be judged without them.
