This new Sales Coach role would see you lead our network of franchise owners for all things ‘sales’ such as:
- Redefining and developing our new Sales Excellence program and implementing it in partnership with our UK-based franchise owners
- Work with each owner and their teams to educate, coach and nurture their sales skills
- Approach your role as a collaboration between our business owners and your sales coaching experience for the common goal of improving every one involved
- Be the shoulder our owners lean on for the innovative as well as common sense approaches to closing more sales with our customers
- Proactively create a library of best practice, tips and training content for all things sales
- Improve the sales confidence at every point of the process for our community of franchise owners and their teams
There are plenty of other areas where we’d like to develop and we’d like your expertise and personality to help us and our owners to exceed their sales goals with confidence.
