The 1810 Company / SCHOCK UK continue to pioneer new strategies and have recently taken a completely new approach to field sales. As a result of this new direction, we have increased our already successful internal sales development team who are looking to support an experienced, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and elevate our brands across the following region:
North West England, Wales, West Midlands, West Country and Southern Home Counties.
This area is already well established and is a very productive region offering fantastic potential.
Key responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new clients through strategic sales techniques and relationship-building
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales withing the kitchen industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
The successful candidate will be a highly experienced and capable sales professional with a proven track record in the kitchen industry. A professional approach is vital together with the ability to develop relationships.
PACKAGE
- Basic 60K per annum with performance-based bonus OTE 75k
- BMW 3 Series Touring company car
- Private health scheme
- 25 days holiday per year
