TAYLIST MEDIA are committed to working with our customers to ensure the best possible results are produced. With this in mind we ask that you follow these guidelines:
Formats: Advertisements should be supplied as a high resolution pdf (if possible certifi ed pdfX1A) and saved in CMYK.
All images used must be high resolution, 300 dpi and CMYK at the size they are to be fi nally used.
All fonts must be embedded, for preference Type 1. We cannot be held responsible for the substitution of any fonts not embedded in the pdf file.
All pdfs, where possible, should be ‘pre-flight’ checked for errors and any errors corrected prior to supplying the pdf to TAYLIST MEDIA.
Advertisements can be supplied as high resolution tiffs or jpegs in CMYK at 100% fi nal size of advert.
Please note: this format may result in the type faces rasterising, resulting in a loss of defi nition for which we cannot be held responsible.
Eps files supplied should have all fonts embedded or converted to outlines and to be no higher than Illustrator 9.0/CS. No editing of the advert will be possible.
Publisher/Quark documents: Unfortunately we can no longer accept publisher fi les or quark documents with pictures and fonts attached. Copyright law prevents us from loading and using any fonts not under Licence with TAYLIST MEDIA
Important: An accurate colour proof of your advertisement must be supplied by courier or post. If we do not receive a proof, we cannot be held responsible for the quality of the fi nal printed result.
