This award is given out to a specific product that has been developed to actively move forward the field of environmental consideration within the kitchen sector. While innovation is important, it is meaningless unless it translates into a saleable product so even the simplest developments may make a big impact. Commerciality is as important as technical achievement.

How to enter

You need to write up to 1,000 word maximum explaining your product and its environmental features and benefits.
You must include digital photos that show the product and, if possible, illustrate its environmental credentials.
