The winners of the kbbreview Industry Awards 2009 have been announced at a prestigious ceremony in London.

This year marked the 15th anniversary of the event and it delivered a showcase of the best talent in design, product innovation and customer service excellence.

Competition this year was tougher than ever, with a record level of entries across the 17 categories which included the new KBB Readers' Design Award. It was voted for by consumers who chose their favourite product of the year from the pages of Kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms magazine.

Mark Pearson, event manager, said: "As ever, these awards have really provided the highlight of the year for all of us and, against a difficult background, the event has helped demonstrate to the public the exceptional quality that's out there, helping boost business as a whole."
