Showroom Award for Kitchens

The showroom is the face of your business; it needs to give an instant impression when the customer walks through the door and then keep them interested when they're inside. This award honours the best in kitchen showroom layout and design.

The judges are not looking for the biggest showroom, or the showroom that's had the most money spent on it. They're looking for how you've managed the space and resources available and how you've introduced personality and unique features to make your business stand out to your target customers.

How will the Master Retailer and Showroom awards be judged?

You need to write up to 1,000 words maximum describing your business. Use the six questions here as a guide as you need to include as much information as possible. The judges will pick four finalists who they will then visit to evaluate and see the business and showroom for themselves. Remember, only one entry is needed to enter both categories.

You also need to include digital photos and floorplans that show off the showroom both in detail and overall layout.

1. How would you describe your business to the judges?

2. What specific evidence can you give that your business is successful?

3. What strategy do you have for the future?

4. What is your overall showroom strategy?

5. How have you considered the customer's journey through the store?

6. What innovative ideas have you come up with for your showroom that sets you apart?
