The Master Retailer Award is the big award. It's the one that judges your overall business and says you are the best retailer in the industry. It covers showroom, customer services, business plans, overall strategy and financial success. It puts your operation forward as the perfect example for any kitchen retailer.

How will this award be judged?

You must answer the three questions below. You must not use more than 1,000 words for all three answers combined. The judges will pick four finalists who will then be visited by a judging panel for a full picture of your business.

1. How would you describe your business to the judges?

2. What specific evidence (including financial) can you give that your business is successful?

3. What strategy do you have for the future?

You must include a CD of detailed high resolution digital pictures of your showroom and yourself. This is very important and your entry will not be judged without them.
