Former KBSA CEO’s wife passes away

The Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association (KBSA) has announced that Julia Ann Ball, the wife of its former chief executive officer Graham Ball, died earlier this month.

Ball stepped down from his position at the end of May this year after his wife was diagnosed with terminal cancer.

Following Ball’s retirement, the KBSA recently appointed former BSH CEO Uwe Hanneck as a consultant to help devise the company’s long-term strategy.

Its sales and marketing director Ruth Ward and corporate chair Malcolm Scott represented the association at Julia Ball’s funeral last week.

Ward said: “Our thoughts are with Graham and his family at this very sad time.”
