Jacey Moore has joined the company as its new customer experience director.
She will be focusing on delivering an outstanding customer experience to both Moores customers and to the homeowners and tenants who use Moores’ kitchens or bathrooms.
Moore joins from Johnson Cleaners where she was responsible for leading the transformation of customer experience, marketing and internal communications. Her background includes commercial, customer and e-commerce leadership roles in B2B manufacturing and distribution businesses, across sectors from construction, manufacturing, consumer and the public sector.
