PWS: Jeremy Redshaw and Michael Catmull

PWS has made two key appointments in response to ongoing growth and investment.

Jeremy Redshaw (pictured right) has been promoted to head of manufacturing and Michael Catmull (left) has become work surfaces manufacturing manager.

Redshaw has spent 10 years as manufacturing manager of the work surfaces factory, where he was instrumental in the initial commissioning of the plant and key to building business. He will now have overall responsibility for all manufacturing at PWS, as well as managing all aspects of production for the newly-acquired furniture-painting division.

Catmull joined PWS in 2009 from Roman, where he worked as a technical engineer. In his eight years at PWS, he has progressed from production programmer to team leader, and more recently process improvement manager.

Commented Kevin Gay, operations director at PWS: “Jeremy and Michael have proven management expertise and have contributed greatly to the significant investment, development and success of our work surfaces division. Their appointments will further strengthen the management team at PWS and with their extensive experience and knowledge they are both perfectly placed to support the realisation of our ambitious plans for further growth.”
