Roman has taken on three college leavers as new apprentices.
Jack Mitchell, has joined the customer relations department, Ciaran Kelly, in joinery, and Karl, in the R&D department.
David Osborne, managing director of Roman, said: “We feel very strongly about apprenticeships, as they equip our workforce with the skills needed for the future. We also want to provide young people with the opportunity to start their career, earn a wage, while also gaining qualifications.”
