BSH has been officially recognised by the Top Employers Institute for the second consecutive year.
It retained its certification for its “exceptional employee offerings in the UK”.
BSH, which owns brands Bosch, Neff, Siemens and Gaggenau, said it was proud to not only maintain the number-one position in the UK for home appliances, but also to hold the same certification across 15 countries worldwide.
The accolade is awarded on completion of a stringent research process to meet the required high standard. It included assessing and validating the company’s HR policies and procedures for talent strategy, workforce planning, on-boarding, learning and development, performance management, leadership development, career and succession management, compensation and benefits and culture.
