Former Alno UK-owned company relaunches

Worksurface supplier Precision Stone has announced its official grand opening event on February 9.

The company, formerly known as UKSS, relaunched in September last year when parent company Alno UK was forced into administration. This caused the firm to close for one week until a new buyer was secured and rebranded as Precision Stone.

The company is now owned by Quality Kitchens Holding Limited, which also owns in-toto and the newly-launched German contract brand Stolz Kitchens.

The official opening will allow new and existing customers to see the new range of quartz colours – the Essential and Premier ranges.

“I’m hugely excited about our grand opening event,” said Sam Hotten, managing director of Precision Stone. “When we unveil our new Essential and Premier ranges, our customers will have a glimpse of the wide variety of colours ranges we have available to save them a lot of money by comparison with other suppliers in 2018.”

Sales and operations director Craig Martin added: “Our grand opening event is something we have been working tirelessly on since September. It will offer a priceless insight into how we operate as a company, but more importantly as a team.”
