I have been an HR manager in the East Midlands for the past 13 years. I would love to stay in an industry that I have learnt to call home and am happy to travel. My personal motto is ‘Better Never Stops’. I strive to constantly better myself, find and develop better people, provide better processes and working environment to provide the best outcome for the company and the people.

At my previous company, I was a team of one and built the HR function from scratch having never done it before. Now I am skilled in the full employment lifecycle and have a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management.

I am practised in recruitment, policies and contracts, employment law, learning and development, wellbeing and benefits, performance management, employee engagement, contracts and policies, stakeholder management, communications, employee management, disciplinary and grievance, redundancies etc.  I am looking for the right employer to help them grow through finding and nurturing the right people.
