Sales & Showroom Manager

ELK is a High-End kitchen and furniture design and manufacturing business based in the UK. We are looking for a top quality Kitchen Sales Designer to become Sales & Showroom Manager of our new Chelsea Harbour Design Centre showroom. Ideal applicants would have experience in the £60K+ kitchen market and be comfortable up-selling additional ELK brand furniture & accessories.

Your duties will include:

  • Promoting the brand & product whilst negotiating sales
  • Executing and coordinating the sale of the kitchens & furniture
  • Achieving sales in line with your agreed personal sales targets
  • Preparing and managing effective meetings with customers in the showroom, or on site and occasionally in one of our regional partner showrooms or our Hampshire based factory
  • Project manage kitchen project from survey to installation
  • Meeting and greeting customers in the showroom
  • Demonstrating an excellent standard of customer care and service
  • Being an excellent communicator, be friendly, personable and approachable
  • Up-selling ELK household furniture, such as tables, chairs & accessories
  • Effectively communicating procedures, systems and time scales required to customers and explaining the Terms & Conditions
  • Taking brochure requests, sending out brochures, following up all leads
  • Contributing to and maintaining a group lead database
  • Discussing leads and job progress directly with the Directors
  • Monitoring & tracking numbers of customers, quotes and successful sales

This position would suit a Senior Kitchen Designer who is capable of running a high-end showroom and has management aspirations. They should be able to work collaboratively with our design team on our
unique kitchen furniture.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Extensive Sales experience within the Kitchen industry
  • High end Kitchen knowledge
  • An open mind and a passion for learning new approaches
