Order Processor and Logistic Coordinator – Cheshire

Knowledge of CAD software is preferable but not a necessity.

Good experience with Microsoft office/Outlook

Working closely with the designer on each of their projects

Ordering: furniture/appliances and other outsourced products.

Efficiently manage the scheduling, co-ordinating and planning of deliveries/installation teams/and outside suppliers.

Producing M & E service drawings from the Winner software

Regularly communicating with managers/design teams, fitters and outsourced products ie worktops/glass etc

Have a good manner dealing with customers and fitters.

Work to tight deadlines and communicate updates to all interested parties.

Ensure that installation service levels meet the company’s requirements.

Actively doing online training to gain knowledge of the products.

Overseeing high standards and addressing any snagging / remedial issues.

Implementing and continually reviewing procedures to ensure smooth running of installing projects.

Accurately managing and updating client’s folders with real-time projects.

Actively helping the improvement on the company’s progress.

A confident individual who has a good telephone manner and will be able to communicate well with clients in the showroom when needed.

A well organised individual who is happy to work as part of a team.
