kbb Birmingham 2022: ‘Regaining momentum’, says Pronorm

Pronorm national sales manager for UK & Ireland, Richard Turner

Q: What are the challenges currently faced by the KBB industry?

A: One of the main challenges that we continue to face is ongoing appliance delays due to global supply issues. Our retail partners are managing to increase their lead times to work around when appliances can be installed.

Q: How does it feel being back at social events like the KBB show and how important are they to the future of the industry?

A: It’s great to be back at social events and exhibitions like the KBB show, and to have the opportunity to regain the momentum from the 2020 event and further build upon it. The impact of the pandemic over the past two years meant that people couldn’t travel to see our latest product launches, so this show is the perfect opportunity to exhibit some of our range highlights to both existing and potential new dealers.
