Alno UK has today filed for administration following the ongoing uncertainty over securing an investor for parent company Alno AG.
The High Court of Justice, Companies Court, in London received an administration request for Alno UK earlier today [September 22].
Gareth Harris and Keith Marshall of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP have been appointed as administrators.
The news comes just days after the news that Alno AG had suspended production in Germany after it had suffered difficulties in finding an investor for the company.
