Blanco sponsors third student on Bucks New Uni kitchen degree course

Blanco has announced it is to continue its sponsorship of the three year FDA Kitchen Design course at Buckinghamshire New University.

The course in run in partnership with The Kitchen Education Trust (TKET).

The German premium sink and tap brand said it has been helping to foster a new generation of inspirational kitchen designers.

Lucy Heaney (pictured, right), whose family runs Woodbridge Interiors in Melton, Suffolk, is the third in a successful line of students to be supported on the course by Blanco.

Commenting on the helping hand provided by Blanco to start her career with the foundation degree in kitchen design, Heaney said: “I would like to thank Blanco UK for this wonderful opportunity, offering me the part-sponsorship for the FDA Kitchen Design course. I am very much looking forward to starting my course learning all about kitchen design. I will of course keep Blanco updated throughout my time at Bucks New Uni and how I am progressing on with the course.”

The scholarship starts on September 21 and will enable Heaney and her fellow students to obtain skills and qualifications that will lead to a successful career in the industry.
