Gaggenau was one of the brands distributed by Bradshaw Luxury Appliances

Premium appliance distributor Bradshaw Luxury Appliances has been placed into administration.

The company, which distributed premium indoor and outdoor kitchen appliance brands such as Steel Cucine, Gaggenau, Kuppersbusch, Lynx, Fisher and Paykel, Kalamazoo, Deli Vita and Sub-Zero and Wolf, entered administration on March 8.

Glyn Mummery and Julie Humphrey of FRP Advisory were appointed as joint administrators and any further enquiries should be directed to [email protected] or [email protected].

Kbbreview contacted the administrators but no further information was available at this time.

The company was founded in 2016 by Phillip and Lynda Bullivant as Luxury Appliances and then rebranded as Bradshaw Luxury Appliances. They resigned from the company in April 2021.

The accounts filed at Companies House for the year to March 31, 2022, show losses on the balance sheet of £130,950 in 2021 and £71,901 in 2022.
