Cyncly, the rebranded Compusoft + 2020 group, has continued its expansion with the purchase of US firm Mozaik, which provides software for the custom cabinetmaking market.
The Mozaik software is specifically designed for use in custom cabinet manufacture and allows the production of cabinets, closets and casework. The software suite handles the whole process from design to manufacture and is CNC machine-ready.
The acquisition, for an undisclosed sum, is said to expand Cyncly’s global coverage of the living spaces marketplace and will help establish a strong presence in the North American custom cabinet market.
Commenting on the move, Cyncly chief executive Joerg Jung said: “We are inspired to provide customers with the ultimate platform to make spaces amazing. The addition of Mozaik’s end-to-end solution, which is underpinned by deep functionality, ease of use and accessibility for customers of all sizes, significantly expands our offering to the custom cabinet market. Software specialists Compusoft and 2020 merged in December 2021 and rebranded as Cyncly in September this year. Before it rebranded as Cyncly, Compusoft + 2020 acquired software specialist Virtual Worlds.
