Hansgrohe has purchased a majority stake in Easy Sanitary Solutions (ESS) as Hansgrohe looks to move into the bathroom drainage products category.
ESS is the manufacturer of Easy Drain Solutions that create a variety of barrier-free showering and bathroom wall niches. The company is based in Oldenzaal in The Netherlands and will become a competence centre for Hansgrohe and work together to develop and market these products.
