KBSA announces two new members

The KBSA has revealed that two new retail members have joined the association.

They are Regal Kitchens, which has two showrooms in Chelmsford and Billericay, and family-owned Classic Interiors, which has been established since 1987 and has showrooms in Solihull, Redditch and Worcester.

KBSA chair for retail members Richard Hibbert said: “Trading conditions for kitchen retailers remain buoyant with the comprehensive service being offered by independent retailers very much in demand. The KBSA has been evolving and is developing a range of services that will support retailers and help them make the most of their position in the market place.

“I am delighted that in line with our aim of recruiting more quality retailers we can confirm two new members joining the association this month. Regal Kitchens and Classic Interiors are both well established, award-winning businesses with five showrooms between them.”

Phil Edgell (pictured left), director of Regal Kitchens, said: “Our business ethos is based around [the phrase] – Where Client is King – and we aim to prove this before, during and after we are commissioned on projects. Joining the KBSA is a natural fit and will give our potential customers the confidence to trust us with their projects.”

Classic Interiors director Maxwell Davies (right) commented: “We are proud to become members of the KBSA and fully support its recent changes and future plans. We had a great meeting with [KBSA acting CEO and consultant] Uwe Hanneck and embrace its strategy to ‘future-proof’ the KBSA to best support independent retailers. We pride ourselves on offering excellent service and the standards promoted by the Kbsa will further endorse our values to our customers.”
