Retailer donates kitchen to Ed Sheeran charity auction

Suffolk-based retailer, Bury Bathroom & Kitchen Centre has donated one of its Mereway kitchens to a charity auction run by singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran.

The Mereway kitchen – worth £20,000 – will feature in Sheeran’s The Made in Suffolk Legacy Auction, alongside donations from some of the biggest names in the sport, hospitality and entertainment industries, to raise funds for GeeWizz and its co-beneficiary Zest – charities that provide support to children and young people with disabilities, progressive and incurable illnesses.

Speaking about their involvement in the charity auction, Bury Bathrooms’ owners Sheona and Martin Lang said: “This is an amazing opportunity for us to help support not only two wonderful local charities but to raise valuable funds in a very challenging time for them and those they help. As a family-run business, we’re extremely humbled and proud to take part in this wonderful event that has our community at the heart of it.”

The auction is live and will run until 8 November. For more information or to make a bid go to:
