Bathroom retailer Ripples will celebrate its 35th year of trading this year.

The company, which was founded in 1988 by Roger and Sandra Kyme, has remained family-owned throughout its history and has grown to a total of 16 stores nationwide.

The Ripples stores are operated on a franchise basis and a further two are scheduled to open this spring.

Commenting on this milestone, managing director Paul Crow said: “We are immensely proud to have reached this impressive milestone and to have built a business which has not just survived but thrived over the past 35 years. We believe our heritage is one of our core strengths as it instils a confidence in our clients who value the skills and expertise we’ve developed in almost four decades of trading.

“Our brand recognition, multiple awards and thousands of satisfied clients are testament to the dedication of our franchisees and the hard work of our team of in-house designers. We look forward to what the next 35 years will bring!”

Ripples has celebrated several landmark occasions over its 35-year history, including winning awards for bathroom design, showroom standards and franchise leadership.

The Ripples team has worked on a variety of projects of every scale and style, including celebrity clients, five-star hotels and even designing a bathroom for a lighthouse.

The first Ripples showroom opened 35 years ago in Bath.
