Save Our Skills: FREE job ads for everyone

The kbbreview Save Our Skills campaign is being extended to allow any employer in the KBB industry to post job vacancies on kbbreview.com for FREE.

The move, which lasts until the end of August, follows the free ads that have been posted by small independent retailers as part of the initiative.

It means that the Save Our Skills campaign can be the central place where employers can find hugely experienced potential team members, and job seekers can see the latest vacancies.

The kbbreview Save Our Skills campaign was started as the coronavirus situation was beginning to lead to many redundancies within the kbb sector. There is, kbbreview believes, an urgency to keep the skills and experience these people possess within the industry if possible.

The campaign began with a call to anyone in the KBB sector who had recently been made redundant to contact kbbreview with their details and they would be posted on kbbreview.com and a dedicated email showcase would be sent to the full database every Monday.

Any employers with vacancies should read this Q&A to find out exactly how to submit their details.

“This is the natural extension of the Save Our Skills campaign and we’ve been building up to this since the launch,” said kbbreview managing editor Andrew Davies. “We’re as committed as ever to keeping skills, knowledge and experience in the industry at this hugely critical time.

“So if your company operates in the KBB sector – retailer, supplier or service provider – then get in touch if you have any vacancies and we’ll tell the industry.”

Job vacancies will be posted at kbbreview.com/jobs for FREE until the end of August.
