I am a highly experienced operations manager with over 15 years in the kbb industry performing project management and various furniture manufacturing roles. I am an accomplished, versatile, and results-driven professional with a proven track record in driving production and reducing costs.
Delivering change management and implementing management strategy across the business and I am passionate about employee engagement and enabling staff to contribute fully to achieve the business aims.
Accountable for leading all operations on-site including NPD, production, logistics, maintenance, purchasing, sourcing and health & safety. Leadership of key strategic projects aimed at further developing the company’s operational infrastructure. Continually improving and challenging operational performance.
I am now looking for a challenging and rewarding new role, where my skills, knowledge and expertise gained throughout my career can be utilised to the best effect.
I am looking for a position in the South Yorkshire area as I live in North Lincolnshire but will work anywhere as I have been head of operations at a major independent kbb retailer for the last six years working away Monday to Friday.
