I have been in the KBB industry for 32 years and, most recently, have been an installations operations manager with several years’ service and compliance experience.

I have proven experience of multi-tasking in fast-paced office environments with an ability to proactively plan and prioritise while managing and coaching team members.  I am able to identify key risks and issues and implement change to ensure continuous improvement.

I work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, third parties and/or outsourcing partners to find solutions and improve service performance.

I am an effective communicator at all levels, managing key stakeholders with pragmatism and building a network of positive relationships across businesses. I am proficient in cost control and am able to manage budgets well. I also held responsibility for industry accreditations/ certifications, ISO, FIRA, etc and implementing change in line with new industry legislation.

I am passionate about service and raising standards, and am a member of The Furniture Ombudsman Standards Board.

I would love to remain within the industry but would also consider a slightly different role that suits my knowledge. I am based in Northampton but willing to travel.
