Hansgrohe Group has appointed Giles Owen as UK operations director.
Owen’s main role in the group, which comprises Axor and Hansgrohe, will be in customer service and logistics.
He was previously head of customer service of Bristan and has experience in helping drive significant cultural change within a company.
Managing director Martin Mongan said: “Bringing an excellent insight into the UK bathroom market, Giles will be an invaluable asset, along with his passion for driving an enhanced customer experience.”
